摘要
针对某型数控镗铣床主轴部件在松刀时出现的主轴轴向窜动问题进行分析,找到原因。然后通过不同方案对比,优选出主轴松刀卸荷机构的方案,并对关键点进行了计算。实践证明,这种主轴松刀卸荷机构解决了主轴轴向窜动问题,提高了机床的切削精度。
Aiming at the problem of spindle axial movement in loosening cutter of a CNC boring and milling machine,this paper analyses and finds out the reason.Then,through the comparison of different schemes,the scheme of the unloading mechanism of the spindle loosening cutter is optimized,and the key points are calculated.Practice has proved that the unloading mechanism of the spindle loosening cutter solves the problem of spindle axial movement and improves the cutting accuracy of the machine tool.
