摘要 介绍了一种汽车发动机缸体加工上线时的夹具设计与应用,阐述了该夹具的结构和工作原理,分析了定位、夹紧方式及定位误差,进行了夹紧力的计算等,介绍了使用方法,解决了缸体上线时定位不准确、加工壁厚不均匀、后工序加工精度难保证等问题,提高了生产效率。实践证明了该夹具的实用性。 In this paper,design and application of a rough machining fixture for automobile engine cylinder block was introduced.the structure and working principle of fixture were explained.the positioning,clamping mode and positioning error of fixture were analyzed.the clamping force of fixture was calculated.And the application method was introduced,The problems of inaccurate positioning,uneven wall thickness and difficult guarantee of processing accuracy in the later process were solved when the cylinder block was putted on line.The production efficiency was improved.The practicability of this fixture was proved through practice.
