摘要
The pyrrolizidine alkaloid monocrotaline-N-oxide is synthesized from monocrotaline (C16H23NO6). Many pyrrolizidine alkaloids are known as antitumor agents, but they induce some lesions. Several crystal structures for these compounds have been reported. In order to understand the relationship between structure and pharmacologic function of these compounds, the crystal structures of several pyrrolizidine alkaloids have been determined in our laboratory.
