摘要
In 1971, Slepko et al. and Syrtsova et al. observed the structure of nitrogenase MoFe-protein using the electron microscope, and inferred that the MoFe-protein is composed of 4 spherical sub-units. In 1974, Stasny et al. demonstrated that the molecules of MoFe-protein are each composed of four spherical sub-units arranged into a 90 × 90 × 40 right-angle hexahedron. In 1974, we observed the paracrystal which is formed by the regular arrangement of the MoFe-protein molecules, and researched the configuration of the MoFe-protein molecules.
