摘要 Our previous paper reported that from Rhodopseudomonas capsulata chromatophores we had carried out the isolation of a ferredoxin, which showed optical absorption peaks around 275, 375, 450 and 480 nm and had a molecular weight of about 9000 daltons, containing 8 non-heine iron atoms and an equimolar amount of acid-labile sulfur.
