摘要
The use of spermatogonial depletion assay (SDA) in the screening of antitumor substance was started in China, and it was reported at the 11th International Cancer Conference in 1974. However, SDA has not yet been widely used, even though the speciality and the sensitivity of some antitumor substances were determined by a few of institutes in our country.
