Nanda et al. treated theoretically the anionic polymerization of acenaphthylene according to the mechanism proposed by Maocanin and Rembaum. In the same paper, the authors dealt also with the anionic polymerization of vinyl mesitylene. Recently, we have re-treated the kinetic equations adapted to the latter reaction system, and obtained the exact solution of the molecular weight distribution function. In
