摘要 Yttrium-calcium-indium-germanium iron garnet (Y-Ca-In-GeIG) is a kind of microwave-ferrite with a low saturation magnetic moment and narrow ferromagnetic resonance line-width. It is obtained by substituting ions into yttrium iron garnet (YIG), and its magnetic properties are closely related to distribution of its cation
