摘要
In order to explore the anti-shock mechanisms of anisodamine (654-2), an anti-cholinergic agent, which has been successfully used for the therapy of shock, particularly septic, the effects of intravenous administration of 654-2 on hemodynamics were investigated in non-shocked dogs anesthetized with sodium pentobarbital and endotoxinshocked ones, and a comparison was made betwen them. The significant differences have been observed.
