摘要
The leaves of plant are a suitable material of protoplast isolation and culture. Hence, plantlet regeneration of the leaf tissue cell is the presupposition for protoplast culture and fusion. In recent year, the investigations of plantlets regenerated from leaf tissues in cultures have been greatly progressing in cereals, but no report on the induction and plantlet regeneration of calli has been seen in rice. This note deals with the results of this aspect.
