THE EFFECT OF THE GRAPHITE CONTAINING TRACE BORON ELEMENT ON THE SYNTHESIS OF DIAMOND

摘要 It is shown in experiments that boron-containing diamond (hereafter called boron diamond) can be synthesized by mixing some boron into the start charge graphite. Therefore an Understanding of the existence form and the features of these boron minglers under high-temperature and high-pressure is conducive to investigating the forming mechanism of this kind of diamond and the selection of graphite. In this paper, some studies of the boron-containing graphite affecting the synthesis of diamond are reported.
