The crystalline InSb is a typical semiconductive material. Stromberg et al. have researched into its behaviour under high pressure and found that a metallic phase can be stabilized if the pressure is increased to 27 Kbar at 100℃ and then it is disposed, which makes temperature reduced to 77K.
