THE PHASE TRANSITION AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF THE FILMS CONDENSED AT LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要 In the research of the phase transitions and superconductivities of the InSb films condensed on substrate at 90-110K, it was found that the first jump of the conductance, which is independent of the temperature, occurs after the films are condensed, and the phase formed after the jump of conductance is a metallic phase and is a superconductor with Tc=2.8K.The
