摘要
After the completion of the synthesis of the 3?-half molecule of yeast alanine transfer RNA (tRNAyAla) and that of the three large oligonucleotide fragments [Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ] (Fig. 1) corresponding to the 5’-half molecule of tRNAyAla, i.e. pentatriacontanucleotide (1—35), we started to synthesize the 5’-half molecule. In order to get necessary preinformation about the behavior of T4 RNA ligase in joining the three oligonucleotide intermediates, two different routes (A and B) of synthesis
