摘要 Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION The reaction of forming DAPT (3, 7-diacetyl-1, 3, 5, 7-tetrazabicyclo [3, 3, 1]-nonane) from hexamine (hexamethylenetetramine) and acetic anhydride has been studied since 1930s. Prior to V. I. Siele’s work, DAPT was prepared always under anhydrous conditions and the yields were poor, only 30% at most. V. I. Siele et al.
