The nonrelativistic quark pair creation model (QPCM) was used to discuss hadronic decays of hadrons in the framework of nonrelativistic quark model. Barbieri et al and Le Yaouanc et al applied this model to the charmonium and studied the hadronic decay of φ' (4.03) which was considered a radially excited state of the c(?)
