摘要 In a previous paper, we have investigated the visible light photosensitizer a-ethyl thionaphthoate and related compounds by measn of the approximate molecular orbital method CNDO/2.Our investigation has indicated the characteristic of the electronic charge distributions and energy levels in their ground states.In order to study the effects of the functional groups and the sulfur atom on the photochemical properties
