摘要 There is often a series of metastable middle phases and they are accompanied by strong crystal lattice instability in the progress of the structural phase transition from the amorphous to the stable crystalline phase. Therefore, the studies on the progress of the phase transition from the amorphous to the crystalline state and on the superconductivities of the metastable middle phase will be an important subject in the research of high temperature superconductivity and can provide important information on the relation between superconductivity and crystal lattice instability. The authors and their co-workers studied the phase transition of low temperature
