摘要 Parathyroid hormone (PTH) is an important calcium-regUlating hormone in the body, while kidney is a main target of PTH in modulating calcium ions (Ca2+) of the extracellular solution. The mechanisms of PTH in modulating Ca2+ in kidney have been studied, which shows that the stimulation of adenylate cyclase (AC) in renal cortical cell membrane is necessary for the action of PTH. Recently, some Papers concerning the regulatory mechanisms of PTH in activating AC of renal cortical cell membrane have been pub lished, and the role of Ca2+ in regulating AC
