摘要
In this letter, changes of cAMP and cGMP contents in plasma were measured in 96 cases with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) by radioimmunoassay within 24 h, 3 and 5 days after the attack. All the cases showed typical clinical symptoms with acute changes in the electrocardiograms and an increase of activity of serum enzymes (GOT, LDH).
