摘要
Faced with the task of protecting ocean evironment, people have long been concerned at the problem how to monitor oil pollution on sea surface. In this paper, study is conducted on the characteristics of microwave emissivity to improve the microwave remote sensing of petroleum pollution on sea surface, because microwave emissivity proves to be of practical value owing to its direct link with passive microwave remote sensing.
