摘要 In the previous papers, we reported that during reconstitution of porcine heart mitochondrial H+-ATPase and cytochrome oxidase in phospholipid liposomes, Mg2+ could obviously enhance the reconstituted enzyme actity. It has been suggested that Mg2+ might play a role in altering the fluidity of proteoliposomes, which would favor the formation of a conformation of the reconstituted enzyme with higher activity. In
