摘要 In glasses there is serious diagonal and off-diagonal disorder for paramagnetic ion sites due to the long range disorder of the glass structure. The study on time-resolved fluorescence spectra is of significance for revealing the spectral behavior of different sites and the energy transfer between them, and for developing laser materials.
