摘要 Recently, many researchers have focused their attention to the effect of membrane lipid on the structure and function of membrane proteins in the inner membrane of mitochondria, Some studies concerning the effect of lipid on H+-ATPasc in the artificial membrane system have been reported, but reports relating to the natural H+-ATPase complex (abbr, complex) are still few. It is well known that the purified ATPase complex consists of soluble F1-ATPase (abbr. F1), which is the catalytic part of ATP hydrolysis and synthesis, membrane sector F0 and some membrane lipid.
