LASER OSCILLATION OF MIXED F_3^+-F_2 CENTERS IN LiF CRYSTAL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

摘要 I. INTRODUCTION In colored LiF crystal, F3+ center consists of three neighbouring halogen ion vacancies in a （111） plane with two electrons trapped, while F2 center consists of two neighbouring halogen ion vacancies in a [110] direction with two electrons trapped.
