摘要
Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION The M(?)ssbauer effect has been widely used to study minerals since 1965. Over 300 minerals containing irons have been measured by using the M(?)ssbauer effect. In general, it is assumed that Fe2+ or Fe3+ ions in one kind of structural site would give rise to one doublet in the M(?)ssbauer spectrum of mineral. However, the subtle effect due to the next nearest neighbor has been noted in calcic pyroxene and omphacite.
