摘要
The previous study has proved that high pressure oxygen （HPO） can obviously reduce the intracranial pressure （ICP）. Whether the effect of 120 min differs from that of 30 or 60 min is of practical significance to clinical treatment. Because some hospitals do not have the equipment of hyperbaric chamber to perform HPO treatment, it is necessary to compare the effect of IATA O2 on ICP with that of 4ATA O2. The present results would contribute to illustrating the respective effects of atmosphere and oxygen pressure on ICP.
