Ginseng fruit is the fully grown berries of the famous medicinal plant Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer. In recent years, it has been found that all the saponins the ginseng fruit contains are effective in resisting fatigue, reducing symptoms of oxygen deficit and preventing arteriosclerosis caused by excessive amount of cholesterol in the blood.
