Let K be a differential field (abbr. d-field) of characteristic 0 and DPS be a set of differential polynomials(abbr. d-pols) in indeterminates X1, X2,…, Xn with coefficients in K. Let G be any other d-pol in the same indeterminates Xi. Then we shall denote by Zero (DPS/G) the collection of all zeros of DPS (or solutions of equations DPS=0)
