摘要
Cloning, expression, characterization and the role in salt tolerance and osmoresulation of yeast Pro2 gene have been studied in our laboratory recently. Since the other two yeast Pro genes (Pro 1, 3) have never been cloned and characterized before, the study on their cloning and characterization has been carried out in this laboratory, in order to study the structure, function, expression and coordination of the three Pro genes.
