摘要
The diversified views had long been on the systematic significance of the rugose coral minute skeletal structure till recently significant progress has been made abroad by SEM studies, though the results are only confined to a few genera of the Devonian and Permian. In this work attempt is made through the microstructure of the typical genera of ten families to reveal the value for the systematic Rugosa of Carboniferous period, and only a species of Clisiophyllum from the Qilian Mountains is described as an example.
