摘要 The CD2 antigen was isolated and purified by affinity chromatography with an OKT11-like monoclonal antibody coupled to Sepharose CL-4B from human serum and the supernatants of tonsil cells or HPB-ALL cells which had been warmed to 45℃ for 1h. The biochemical characteristics of the CD2 antigen were studied. (ⅰ)
