摘要
Many remarkable results in this field have been established by Mordell, Daven- port, Hua, Min, Weil-Carlitz-Uchiyama and Vinogradov. Among them, the following general estimate for complete trigonometric sums due to Prof. Hua is a world wide famous result in number theory.
