摘要
Combining the modulation actions of the large-scale turbulent eddies leading to beam wander as a whole and the small-scale turbulent eddies leading to beam breathing, and the nonstationary nature of the atmospheric turbulence, we discuss the problem of the distribution of intensity scintillations of laser beam.
