摘要 针对硬岩掘进机(Tunnel boring machines,TBM)上外激励改变弯管动态特性导致其传递效率降低的问题,利用双向流固耦合的方法,建立了流体域和固体域的仿真模型。运用有限元分析软件求解了弯管的应力,发现求解结果和试验结果具有很好的一致性。对比分析了有无基础振动下弯管的动态特性;研究了不同的外激励基础振动参数和弯管的结构参数对弯管动态特性的影响规律。结果表明:应用双向流固耦合的方法更清晰地反映了弯管在强振动环境下的动态特性,为弯管的设计和选型提供一定的参考。 The simulation model of the fluid domain and solid domain was established by means of bidirectional fluid-solid coupling to investigate the conduction efficiency reducing phenomenon in the elbow, whose dynamic characteristics change with the variation of the external excitation on the tunnel boring machine(TBM) during the service process. The stress solution of the elbow solved by the finite element method(FEM) has good consistency with the experimental results. Both of the influence of the foundation vibration parameters and the structural parameters of the elbow on the dynamic characteristics are researched. It is indicated that bidirectional fluid-solid coupling method can be present the dynamic characteristics of the elbow under strong vibration service condition more clearly, and some guidance to the design and selection of the elbow can be provided.
