基于地铁车辆二系回转角的主动径向研究 被引量:9

Research on Active Radial of Rail Transit Based on the Yaw Angle of Second Suspension

摘要 提出一种基于地铁车辆二系回转角的线路曲率测量新方法,利用该方法可得到一位转向架所处位置的线路曲率半径,以此作为随后主动径向控制研究的关键参数,并基于此方法设计一种适用于地铁车辆的二系回转角测量装置。随后,提出一种地铁车辆主动径向控制方法,并设计出轮对定位与作动器集成的主动径向一体式装置。最后建立地铁车辆动力学模型,计算分析了线路曲率测量新方法及主动径向控制的效果,研究结果表明:线路曲率测量值与线路曲率实际值的同步性高,相对误差小,满足工程运用要求;主动径向控制下的地铁车辆曲线通过性能得到显著改善,且作动器输出力低、输出功率低。研究结果可为轨道线路曲率测量、地铁车辆主动径向技术提供工程化参考。 A new curvature measurement based on the yaw angle of secondary suspension of rail vehicle is proposed, which can be used to calculate the radius of curve, which provides a key parameter for active radial control, on the position of front bogie, also a micro yaw angle measuring device in view of the situation is designed. A control method of active radial for urban rail vehicle is presented, in addition an integrated wheel-set positioning device suitable for the active radial bogie is designed and developed as the carrier structure of the actuator. The dynamic simulation of active radial control is completed, the result shows: the method of curvature measurement is reliable, the measured value fits the actual value with high synchronism and small relative error, which meets the requirements of engineering application;The control method of active radial is reasonable, all the key indexes of bogie are greatly improved when curve passing, so the curving performance is highly enhanced, which solves the contradiction between the running stability and the curving performance of the bogie, also the output force and output power of the actuator are greatly reduced. The research results can provide engineering references for the curvature measurement of track and the active radial of rail transit.
