摘要
以松材线虫病的媒介昆虫松褐天牛幼虫为寄主,对花绒寄甲在实验室的产卵行为、产卵量及对松褐天牛幼虫的寄生进行了研究。结果表明:花绒寄甲能被松褐天牛幼虫诱集产卵,卵产于紧邻松褐天牛幼虫的卵卡内;卵成扇形排列,每扇面卵量在26~115粒。花绒寄甲产卵量取决于成虫个体的大小,大个体花绒寄甲成虫平均产卵135.88粒/头,中个体平均产卵70.50粒/头,小个体平均产卵33.68粒/头,即,大个体∶中个体∶小个体=4.03∶2.09∶1;花绒寄甲卵孵化后,即可对松褐天牛幼虫进行寄生,寄生率达90%。
This paper studied spawning behavior and volume of the beetle of Dastarcus helophoroides and its parasitism on larvae of Monochamus alternatus which carr1 ed the nematode(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus) in laboratory. The results showed as follows: Beetle would be attracted by larvae of M. alternatus to lay eggs in the paper card closed to the attractive ones. Eggs piled up fan-shaped arrangement, with volume of 26-115 eggs per fan. Spawning volume depended on the size of the beetle of D. helophoroides. Big beetles had an average of 135.88 eggs per beetle, middle ones 70.50 eggs, and small ones 33.68 eggs. Large: Middle: Small = 4.03:2.09:1. The first instar larvae of D. helophoroides after hatching immediately parasitized the larvae of M. alternatus, and the parasitic rate was 90%.
