摘要
通过采用穴盘育苗、管道内播种育苗2种育苗方式,对木耳菜的发芽率、地上长度、地下长度、叶片数、最大叶宽、最大叶长的影响进行试验研究,探索木耳菜无土栽培的最佳育苗方式。结果表明:穴盘育苗有利于发芽率、最大叶长、最大叶宽的增加;管道内播种育苗有利于木耳菜地上长度和叶片数的增加;2种育苗方式对木耳菜地下长度的影响无显著差别。结论:在木耳菜无土栽培育苗中,穴盘育苗优于管道内播种育苗。
By use the plug seedlings,seeding in the pipe,two ways of seeding Gynura cusimbua.Testing germination rate,aerial length,lands underground length,leaf number,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width effect of experimental research.The results showed that the plug seedlings can increase the germination rate,maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width.Seeding in the pipe can increase the aerial length and number of leaves.There was no significant difference in the lands underground length of the two seedlings.In the seedling of Soilless culture,the plug seedling Gynura cusimbua better than seeding in the pipe.
