摘要
通过观察和分析新钢冷轧带钢表面乳化液斑迹的位置及形貌,探讨了带钢表面乳化液残留的原因,并通过采取优化机架内吹扫喷嘴布局、上防缠导板增加挡水板、维护吹扫设备等措施,使得乳化液残留问题得到有效控制.
By observing and analyzing the position and morphology of the emulsion spot on the surface of the cold-rolled strip of XinSteel, the reasons for the residual emulsion on the surface of the strip steel were discussed. The problem of residual emulsion is effectively controlled through adopting measures including the optimizing the layout of the purge nozzle in the stand, adding the water baffle on the anti-wrap guide and the maintenance of purging equipment and so on.
