摘要
对影响6 mm薄规格耐磨板淬火板形的因素进行了分析,通过保证原始板形和抛丸质量,控制热处理保温和淬火工序,改善了6 mm薄规格耐磨板的淬火板形.
The influence factors on the quenching shape of thin gauge wear-resistant steel plate with the thickness of 6 mm are analyzed in this paper. The quenching shape of thin gauge wear-resistant steel plate with thickness of 6 mm is improved by ensuring the original shape and shot blasting quality, controlling heat treatment insulation and quenching process.
