摘要
本文从组织内部视角,将知识创新作为组织内生变量,研究影响和驱动知识创新的组织因素,主要包括组织有机化、组织IT能力、组织激励与组织创新气氛等四大维度,并分析内驱因素与知识创新过程和绩效的关系及作用机理,认为组织知识创新绩效是上述驱动因素共同作用的结果。因此,在当前激烈的市场竞争环境中,组织必须高度重视影响和驱动知识创新的内部因素,通过对组织结构特性、IT能力、激励机制以及创新气氛等组织变量的科学、合理的设计和整合运用,以获取更好的知识创新绩效。
From the perspective of internal organization, this thesis explores four organizational factors affecting and driving knowledge innovation as featured endogenous variable from inside organizations, mainly including organizationgoing-organic, organization's IT competence, organizational motivation and organizational innovation atmosphere, whilst it analyzes the relation among and action mechanism of organization-inside-driven factors and processes as well as performance of knowledge innovation, and it is believed that organizational knowledge innovation is the result of interaction among the above mentioned factors.Therefore, amidst current ferocious competition, organization must attach great importance to the internal factors affecting and co-driving knowledge innovation, and it can get better performance of knowledge innovation by making scientific and reasonable design and integration of organizational variables, such as organizational structure characteristics, IT competence, motivation mechanism and innovation atmosphere.
