摘要
为实现使用盘形铣刀加工等基圆锥齿轮,根据等基圆曲线齿锥齿轮的现有研究成果及传统理论,通过求解刀具的廓形坐标,生成了VERICUT仿真加工中的盘形铣刀模型。根据盘形铣刀五轴联动数控加工运动轨迹,求解了机床运动坐标。利用VERICUT软件,针对某一设计参数的等基圆锥齿轮,进行了仿真加工。结果表明,刀具模型的建立、数控加工路径的规划、运动坐标求解均正确,盘形铣刀加工等基圆齿轮可以实现。
The purpose of this paper is to achieve machining the equal base circle bevel gear with disc cutter. Based on the theory and the existing research results of equal base circle bevel gear,tool model in VERICUT environment is built by solving the coordinate values of disk cutter section. The motion coordinates of machine tool is obtained through the five-axis linkage NC machining trajectory of disc cutter,and simulating manufacturing to the equal base circle bevel gear of a certain design parameters is conducted with the VERICUT software. The results show that the establishment of the tool model,the NC machining path program,the solution of motion corrdinates are all right,thus it could be realized to machine the equal base circle bevel gear with disc cutter.
