基于AME Sim预应力张拉同步性研究

摘要 构建了预应力张拉系统,介绍了张拉系统工作原理,利用AME Sim软件建立了系统的仿真模型。对液压缸的泄漏量、张拉摩阻对于张拉系统同步性的影响,进行了仿真研究。结果表明该系统具有良好的同步性,液压缸的泄漏量,张拉摩阻对同步性有影响,张拉摩阻对同步性的影响更大,为预应力张拉同步控制提供了参考依据。 The prestress tension system is built and the working principle of the tension system is introduced in this paper,and the AME Sim software is used to establish the simulation model of the system. Simulation and research on the impact of the hydraulic cylinder leakage and the tensioning friction on the synchronicity of tensioning system are conducted. The results show that the system has good synchronization; both the leakage of hydraulic cylinder and the tensioning friction have impact on synchronicity,while the tensioning friction has more influence on the synchronicity. It provides a reference for the synchronous control of prestress tension.
