扭转载荷作用下槽钢裂纹的应力强度因子研究 被引量:3

摘要 槽钢被广泛用于建筑结构、幕墙工程、机械设备和车辆制造中,缺陷和裂纹的存在通常是不可避免的,容易导致构件失效甚至断裂从而发生意外故障,而控制结构断裂的重要参数是应力强度因子,因此研究槽钢开裂的应力强度因子十分有必要。此研究将利用J2守恒积分来求解受扭转作用的槽钢的应力强度因子。 Channel steel is widely used in building structure,curtain wall engineering,mechanical equipment and vehicle manufacturing,thus the existence of cracks and defects are usually inevitable,which would easily lead to component failure or fracture and unexpected failure. The important parameter of controlling fracture is the stress intensity factor,so it is very necessary to study the stress intensity factor of cracking in the channel steel. In this paper,the J2 conservative integral would be used to solve the stress intensity factor of steel under the torsional effect.
