收割机液压行走驱动系统参数计算分析

Parameter Calculation and Analysis on Hydraulic Driving System of the Harvester

通过对收割机液压行走驱动系统的分析,对收割机所需牵引力的计算进行了探讨,给出了液压行走驱动系统中泵选型、马达选型、油箱体积与散热器面积的计算公式和液压系统中补油泵与冲洗阀的选用条件,为收割机液压行走驱动系统参数的设计计算提供依据。

Through analysis of the hydraulic driving system of the harvester,calculation of the required traction force of the harvester is explored in this paper,and calculation formula for the pump selection,the motor selection,the volume of fuel tank and the area of the radiator,and the choosing conditions of slippage pump and flush valve in the hydraulic system are summarized,thus it provides the basis for the calculation of parameter design in the hydraulic driving system of the harvester.
