摘要
压边力是决定板料成形质量的关键因素之一。以某型号大型薄板双动液压机为例,利用有限元分析软件,分析压边缸位置分布及压制时压机机身变形两个方面对压边力均匀分布的影响。结果表明压边作用点分布不均匀,压机机身变形量过大,会加剧压边面上压边应力的不均匀程度。因此为提高压边力均布程度,需合理布置压边缸位置,增加机身刚度。
Blank-holder factor is one of the key points to determine the forming quality of sheet metal. In this paper,taking a large sheet double-action hydraulic press as example,the effects of the pressure cylinder 's distribution and the compressor body's deformation on the distribution uniformity of blank-holder force are analyzed by utilizing the ANSYS software. According to the results,these two aspects have great influence on the distribution uniformity of blank-holder force,reasonable decorate position of the pressure cylinder and the increment of the compressor body stiffness could improve the distribution uniformity of the blank-holder force.
