摘要 高性能强实时控制系统是控制工程的关键部分,结合以往磁悬浮控制系统"DSP+PC"及"DSPACE"结构的优点,提出了既具有良好经济性又具有强实时且开发周期短的"PC+PC"结构的控制系统。利用通用硬件模块搭建了硬件平台,并为控制算法构建了实时稳定可靠的软件环境。实现了DOS环境下0.1 ms实时时间基准,开发了虚拟示波器以解决实时环境下图形同步显示问题以及调试控制算法、调整控制参数。该系统在磁悬浮小球控制中有良好表现,并可扩展到其他对性能及实时性要求较高的控制场合。 A control system with high performance and hard real-time is the key component for the control engineering. In this paper,by integrating the merits of both previous magnetic suspension control system structures of DSP +PC and DSPACE,a new control system of PC + PC mode with good economy,hard real- time characteristics and short development cycle is proposed. Control system hardware platform is built by using the general modules and sound software surroundings are constructed for control algorithm. The 0. 1ms timing standard is realized in DOS system. Virtual oscilloscope is developed to resolve synchronous figure display problem at real-time conditions and to regulate control algorithm and calibrate controlls parameters.The control system is successfully applied to magnetic levitation ball and can be extended to more devices with strict real-time and great capability.
