摘要
桥塞胶筒是弹性密封元件,是桥塞对油管与套管之间形成封堵的关键部件,其结构参数对其工作性能有重要影响。利用有限元软件ansys workbench,来模拟胶筒的在一定工况下的非线性接触行为。对提高密封性能得出合理的结构参数。为桥塞的优化设计和结构改进提供了理论依据和实践指导。
Plug rubber,which is an elastic sealing component,is a key part to form seal between the tubing and the casing,thus its structural parameters have an important influence on the performance. In this paper,the nonlinear contact behavior of the plug rubber under certain operating condition is simulated based on the finite element software ansys workbench so as to obtain reasonable structural parameters that could improve the sealing performance. It provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the optimization design and structure improvement of bridge plug.
