装载机动臂焊后变形矫正影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 轮式装载机工作装置中最重要的结构件是动臂,动臂焊接后动臂板开档尺寸对后续焊接在车架孔、铲斗孔及其他销孔位置处圆搭的机加工具有重要影响,同时也对动臂的装配和使用具有重要影响。以动臂焊接变形的矫正过程为研究对象,采用正交实验的方法,对影响矫正过程的影响因素进行辨别、分类和研究。通过对动臂车架孔端和铲斗孔端的尺寸进行正交试验,并对实验数据进行分析,选出符合实际情况、操作性强的最优方案,为研究动臂变形规律和制定矫正工艺路线提供了参考。 The boom is the most important structural component of wheel loader working device,and the dimension between two boom plates after welding has important influence on the subsequent machining for circular plates,which are welded in frame hole,bucket hole and pin holes on other position,at the same time,it also has an important influence on assembly and using of the boom. Taking the welding distortion straightening process of boom as an example,the influencing factors which would affect the straightening process are identified,classified and researched by using the orthogonal experiment method. The operable optimal solution has been achieved by using the orthogonal experiment and analyzing the experimental data. This solution is selected based on realistic situation and it would provide references to the study on deformation law of boom and formulation of the straightening process.
