摘要
通过分析国内外石油钻井市场的需求、超深井、科探井开发的前景及国内现有超深井钻机的能力不足、操作复杂及成本高的现状,研制了ZJ90/6750D直流电驱动超深井钻机,该钻机引进美国NOV公司先进的技术,优化了以前直流电驱动钻机的不足,提高了钻机的自动化控制和能力。试验及应用情况表明,该钻机最大钩载达到设计要求,可满足127 mm(5 1/2")钻杆9 000 m的钻井能力;钻机设计标准高、结构简单、便于维护和操作、稳定可靠、故障率低、成本低等优点。
Through analyzing the demand of domestic and international oil drilling market,development prospect of the ultradeep well and the exploration well,and the present situation of inadequate capacity,complex operation and high cost of the existing domestic ultra-deep well drilling rig,a ZJ /90 /6750 D DC drive ultra-deep drilling rig is developed in this paper. This drilling rig introduces the advanced technology from NOV( National Oilwell Varco) in the USA,optimizes the deficiencies of the previous DC drive drilling rig,and improves its automatic control and the capabilities. Tests and the application show that the maximum hook load meets both the design requirement and 9000 m drilling capacity with 5 1 /2' drill pipe. This drilling rig is designed under a high standard and has the advantages of simple structure,easy to maintain and operate,stable and reliable,low failure rate and low cost.
